Cleaning & Hygiene Operative

Contract Duration: 12 weeks
Hours: 16 hours per week

Monmouthshire County Council is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning & Hygiene Operative to join their team on a part-time, temporary basis.
This role is based within a school environment, so maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene is essential.

Key Requirements:

• Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Experience in cleaning or hygiene roles preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to health & safety and safeguarding practices

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out general cleaning duties across school facilities
• Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained in all areas
• Supporting the safe and clean operation of the school site
