Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner to provide a high-quality cleaning service at our client's premises. The role involves ensuring the facility is cleaned and maintained to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations, and meeting contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, emptying bins, and polishing surfaces.
• Work according to legislative regulations, including proper use of color-coded cleaning equipment.
• Operate cleaning machinery safely and in line with training and guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and order consumables through the appropriate channels to maintain service delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high-quality cleaning service at all times.
• Report any issues, such as broken equipment, to the supervisor promptly.
• Complete all tasks within the allocated time to a high standard.
• Adhere to internal and external Health, Safety, and Environmental Assurance (HSEA) requirements.

Skills and Attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning best practices and health and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently within the allocated time.
• Excellent communication skills to report issues effectively and work collaboratively.
