Job Description

A well-established education-focused organisation is seeking a reliable and adaptable Administrator to provide flexible, part-time support on an ad hoc basis. This opportunity involves working across various sites, offering a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple teams and departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with document preparation and data entry.
  • Support governance and compliance processes, ensuring all documentation meets relevant standards.
  • Assist with general administrative duties .
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel to different locations as needed to provide in-person support.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (education sector experience beneficial).
  • Knowledge or experience in governance or compliance (desirable).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Discreet and professional approach with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to accept short-notice shifts.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites.
  • A current Enhanced DBS is essential
