Are you an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with practising rights? Location:
Pontypool or Cardiff – hybrid and flexible working available.

What You’ll Do:

Take ownership of a diverse caseload from instruction to settlement or court hearing.

Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients at every stage.

Build strong relationships with trade unions and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.

Represent the team at networking events and union conferences.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with practising rights (2+ years PQE).

Proven experience with workplace accident claims and personal injury litigation.

Excellent client care, communication, and teamwork skills.

Bonus: trade union experience and APIL membership.
