Job Title: Temporary Online Customer Service Advisor
Location: Leeds, LS12
Hourly Pay: £11.89
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: 4 weeks (with the possibility of an extension for the right person)


About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Online Customer Service Advisors to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for processing and resolving customer complaints using our online messaging system, email, and phone.

• Process and resolve customer complaints through online messaging, email, and phone.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns and queries.
• Organise and manage your workload efficiently.
