Job Description

I am currently working with a rapidly expanding company based in Redditch. This is an exciting Call Centre opportunity to join a Telemarketing team within an organisation that focuses on people development and rewarding talent. You will be using warm leads to call customers to book visits for Field Sales Advisors. 
The basic salary is up to £25,000 with a realistic OTE £35,000. 40 hour a week contracts (40 hours per week - 9-5.30, with 2 lates a week (10-7). Saturday’s are worked on a rotational basis and where a Saturday is worked, a Friday is taken off in its place) 

 
The purpose of this role is to generate high quality appointments for the company sales advisors in line with the company’s budget.
 
Call Centre Advisor/ Telemarketer duties include:
  • Generate high quality appointments for sales advisors
  • Maximise conversion rates from lead to appointment.
  • Ensure lead details and appointments are logged accurately
  • Ensure brochures are sent in a timely fashion.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicator targets, as cascaded by the Call Centre Manager.
Call Centre/ Telemarketer key skills:
  • Identifying customer needs through effective questioning techniques.
  • Using objection handling & closing techniques.
  • Demonstrating excellent company & product knowledge.
  • Effectively managing call-backs.
  • Experienced in accurate data entry & the use of computer systems.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
