Trainee Technical Advisor

Pertemps Redditch are currently recruiting for a Trainee Technical Advisor for a specialist industry, in Bidford On Avon. If you have experience in IT, or perhaps it’s a passion that currently is only a hobby this could be a great opportunity for you!
Strong customer service skills are a must, a technical mind and an interest in motor vehicles are advantageous!
 
£30,000 Per Annum
Full Time
5 Day Working Week – including weekend work on a rota basis
1 week in four working from home
Driving License Required
 
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Responding to queries about products, services and cost within SLA’s
• Technical Support and training to dealers
• CRM database maintenance and reporting
• Daily file key management
• Testing and product research
• Support Workshop activities and dyno testing
•  

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Strong IT skills including high knowledge of MS packages
• Strong communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal.
• Good customer Service and Telephone Manner
• Time management and organisational skills is key within this role whilst still providing excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for IT and Tech!
• Automotive experience required.
