Job Description

We are recruiting a front of house Receptionist to support a business in Cradley Heath.
The role of Admin Assistant will contribute to the everyday running of a busy office. The ideal candidate should be organised, efficient and possess excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities:
  • Accountable for contributing to everyday operations, that can include:
  • Front of House duties; greeting clients / answering the telephone / taking meeting minutes
  •  Dealing with incoming & outgoing post; both electronic & real
  •  Filing; both electronic & real
  •  Typing
  •  Archiving & document management

The Ideal Candidate:
  •  
  •  Previous experience in a similar role
  •  Solid organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  •  Excellent communication skills, including relationship building with individuals across the business
  •  Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office Suite
  •  Ability to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach
  •  Must be able to work in a team, and on own initiative
  •  Ability to multitask
  •  Dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable
