Customer Support Executive

The main objective of the role will be to provide an excellent customer service and have the ability to handle and resolve online order enquiries to ensure Customer satisfaction.

Main duties :

•  
• Dealing with and responding to e-mails in relation to incoming order enquiries.
• Answering telephone calls from clients and directing the calls appropriately when necessary
• Printing and checking service orders
• Updating on order progress and delivery dates
• General ad-hoc administration
• Updating spreadsheets accordingly
• Processing courier deliveries onto the system
• Calling clients with gentle reminders of payment due dates

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Must be numerate & literate
• Someone with strong organisational skills
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Must be able to work independently or within a team
• Must be willing to learn and take responsibility for their own actions
• Good work ethic
• Computer literate (Excel, Word)
• Must be a team player, ability to work with others, consistent, able to work under pressure, even tempered and a calming personality
