Job Description
Location: Central Bristol
Start Dates:
- One position starting in January
- One position starting in February
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
Duration: 3-4 months
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to join our client who operate in the travel sector. In this role, you will ensure smooth coordination of bookings and provide key administrative support to various teams, enabling seamless service delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm bookings for accommodation, activities, transport, and other services.
- Ensure accurate entry of client details into the booking system.
- Print, pack, and dispatch client documents including tickets, guides, and itineraries.
- Provide administrative support to sales teams.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve queries.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
