Permanent, 42.5 hours per week

Are you organised, proactive, and looking for a varied role within supply chain and operations?

We’re recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a growing business, supporting the smooth running of purchasing and day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing:

Processing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy across the supply chain.
Liaising with suppliers to track orders, resolve queries, and maintain strong relationships.
Supporting colleagues in operations, customer service, and sales on designated days.
Maintaining accurate records and working with established processes already in place.
Providing administrative support across the wider business where needed.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, or administration.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with suppliers and internal teams.
A flexible and adaptable approach, comfortable supporting different departments when required.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
