Compliance Administrator – Fleet Company (Temporary, Ongoing)

Location: Birmingham Business Park
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.02 per hour

We are seeking a compliance administrator to join a dynamic fleet company based at Birmingham Business Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support the compliance function within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all fleet compliance documentation is up to date and accurately maintained
  • Assisting with vehicle inspections, service schedules, and legal compliance records
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure adherence to regulations
  • Handling administrative tasks related to driver records, licenses, and training compliance
  • Monitoring and updating databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Supporting the compliance team with audits and reporting requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within fleet, transport, or compliance
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
