Starting salary: £33,733 – Up to £41,200 + excellent benefits

What We’re Looking For:
A technically driven individual with a passion for machinery and engineering.

A problem solver who remains calm under pressure and takes initiative to keep things running smoothly.

Someone with a continuous improvement mindset, eager to learn and work with the latest in production technology.

A strong communicator, confident leading a team, giving clear instructions, and collaborating across departments.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in food production or a processing environment—but if you’ve got the technical skills and attitude, we’ll support your learning.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Diagnosing and fixing issues with machinery to minimise downtime and keep production on track.

Running your own production line—handling start-ups, changeovers, and technical procedures.

Leading, training, and supporting machine operators to drive high performance.

Taking ownership of line performance, tracking efficiency, and identifying areas for improvement.

Supporting continuous improvement and working closely with development teams to implement smarter, faster, and safer processes.

Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Food Safety standards at all times.
