Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading Manufacturing company in Millbrook Southampton. This is a temporary position covering holiday from 23rd – 27th June.

 

Responsibilities for this Administrator role: 

  • Managing incoming phone calls and emails 

  • Processing orders via sage 200

  • Accurate and timely data entry 

  • Monitoring emails 

  • Providing administration support 

 

Requirements for this Administrator role:  

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Proven administration experience

  • Sage experience 

  • Team Player 

  • Organised and self-efficient 

 

The Administrator role:

  • This is a temporary position covering holiday from 23rd – 27th June

  • Opportunity to be considered for a permanent position

  • Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm

  • £13.00 - £13.50 per hour depending on experience
