Job Description
Hours & Salary:
- 45 hours per week (day shift).
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Salary: £14.00 per hour (depending on experience).
- Nursling SO16
- Assist the workshop team with container repairs, preparation, and conversions.
- Convert containers into various end uses, such as site offices, welfare units, accommodation, workshops, and more.
- Specific tasks include:
- Lining and insulating container offices
- Installing vinyl flooring
- Timber frame construction
- Basic carpentry (kitchen installation)
- General fitting of construction components
- Forklift operation (preferable but not essential)
- Manual labour assistance
- Final cleaning of units before delivery.

- Background in construction, engineering, or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to work under general supervision.
- Dynamic, energetic, and highly organized and adapt to different tasks.
