Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for a property maintenance assistant on a temporary 4 week assignment to start as soon as possible.

Pay: £13.50p/h

Hours: 25 hours a week (flexible)

The Role:
  • Painting accommodation/ reception rooms
  • Fixing and assembling any new furniture
  • Ensure the accommodation is well maintained, clean, tidy and hazard free.
  • Addressing maintenance requests and issues promptly.
  • Ensuring the building and grounds are in good repair and safe for occupants.
  • Performing Repairs
