HGV 2 Class 2 Driver

Pay: £14 - £15 per hour
Location: Swansea SA5
Hours of work: 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday

Pertemps South Wales are seeking a Class 2 HGV Driver to join our client on an ongoing temporary basis in Swansea. As a driver, you will be responsible for operating a HGV 2 with a Beavertail to deliver plant machinery and equipment between Bridgend and Aberystwyth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport plant machinery and equipment to various locations.
• Ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 HGV license.
• Valid Tachograph and CPC.
• Experience delivering plant equipment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills.
