Hygiene Supervisor - FMCG/Food Industry

Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm

Are you an experienced Hygiene Supervisor looking for your next challenge in the FMCG/Food industry? We're recruiting for a hands-on leader to manage hygiene standards in our fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Banbury.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and supervising a team to ensure high hygiene standards
Implementing and maintaining cleaning schedules and procedures
Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
Conducting audits and liaising with internal teams to meet hygiene goals
Training and developing staff to uphold best practices

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in hygiene supervision within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP
Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
